Who we are
Human Digital Solutions Co. Ltd ("we"), 519/163-164 Moo 6, Soi Siam Country Club, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand, runs this website and decides how personal data collected through it is used. Contact our data protection officer at dpo@sadangattribution.com.
Our representative in the United Kingdom is Human Advertising Ltd (company number 07455860), 22 Queens Road, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 2NQ, United Kingdom.
What we collect
- Beta requests. When you use the beta form: your name, work email, phone number if you give it, company, website, country, company type, the tools you use, what you want to improve and what you tell us about your set-up, plus your choices about how we use this information.
- Your consent choice. What you chose in our consent banner and when, and a record that the banner was shown to you. See the cookie policy.
- The visit a beta request came from. The beta form sends the reference for your visit, so we can see which page led to your request.
- Your email address, linked to your visits, only if you allowed analytics. When you send a form, Sadang records the email address you entered and links it to your visits on this website.
- Website analytics, only if you allow it. How you use this website, measured by Sadang. See the cookie policy.
- Technical data. Our servers and our providers see your IP address and browser details when you visit, as any website does.

Who we share it with
- uForge, the platform Sadang is built on, which stores beta requests and analytics for us. uForge in Thailand is also operated by Human Digital Solutions Co. Ltd.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts uForge in AWS Bangkok (ap-southeast-7) and sends email through Amazon SES in the United States, with the sending relay in Singapore.
- Google, for reCAPTCHA on the beta form. Google decides how it uses that data, as a separate controller, and may process it in the United States.
We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
We are based in Thailand. Beta requests and this website's analytics are stored in Sadang's Thailand deployment, in AWS Bangkok (ap-southeast-7). If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the information you send us is processed in Thailand. Where data leaves Thailand - for example, email sent through Amazon SES - we rely on a basis permitted by sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA, including appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Beta requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Product and marketing updates: until you unsubscribe. Consent records: up to three years. Website analytics: 26 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for it in a portable format, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact our data protection officer at dpo@sadangattribution.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK), your local data protection authority (EU) or the Personal Data Protection Committee (Thailand).
