Accessibility

A consent banner is the first thing many people meet on a website. Here is what Sadang's banner does for accessibility today, and what it does not yet do.

The consent banner

  • Accept all, Reject all and Customise are real buttons on the first layer, and work with a keyboard.
  • Focus moves to the banner when it appears and is clearly visible. In the blocking (gate) layout, focus stays inside the banner until a choice is made.
  • The banner is announced to screen readers, with labelled headings, descriptions and toggles.
  • It is available in eight languages: English, Thai, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese.

Known gaps

  • The banner has not yet had an independent WCAG audit, so we do not claim conformance to a WCAG level.
  • Pressing Escape closes the banner without recording a choice; it appears again on the next page.
  • The banner does not yet change its behaviour for people who ask their device to reduce motion.
  • Colour contrast depends on the colours a site chooses when it customises the banner.

This website

We design this website to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. On 2 October 2026 we checked colour contrast (light and dark themes) and phone layouts at 375 and 320 pixels on every page with automated audits, and fixed what they found. If something does not work for you, tell us at dpo@sadangattribution.com and we will fix it.
