This website uses Sadang, our own consent manager. Below is everything it stores in your browser, including what it stores before you make a choice.

Before you make a choice
These are kept so the consent banner works and can record your choice. None of them contains your name or contact details.

Before you choose, your browser also fetches this site's Sadang settings and sends us a message saying the banner was shown, with the page path, the banner version and the visit reference above. It may also send a consent record with your browser details. It downloads the code for some optional features (session recording, call tracking, feature flags, form identity capture); that code does not run unless you allow the matching category.

We also keep a record of each choice on our servers - the choice, when it was made, the banner version and a hashed (not readable) form of the visitor reference - so we can show what you agreed to. We keep these records for up to three years.

With analytics allowed, Sadang also records page views and time on page (a signal every 15 seconds), the campaign, referring page and device type, scrolling, clicks and mouse movement (heatmaps), rapid repeated clicks, page speed (Web Vitals), form interactions, script errors, chat and ecommerce events, and which promotions you saw. If you send a form, it links the email address you entered to your visits (see sadang_identity above). Session recording is switched on for about one visit in ten, with all text and every form input hidden; storing recordings is still in development.
Personalisation and marketing
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If you allow marketing, Sadang may record advertising click identifiers in the address you arrived from.
Other services on this website
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the beta request form from spam and abuse. It is strictly necessary to accept a form you choose to send, so it does not need your consent. It loads only when you start filling in the form, and Google may set its own cookies to do so. See Google's privacy policy.
- Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
Withdrawing consent
Open Cookie preferences and choose Reject all, or withdraw. Sadang then stops collecting and removes its visitor and analytics storage from your browser. The items listed under "Before you make a choice" and your choice itself stay, so the site remembers that you said no. If you change only some choices, the visitor reference stays. Rejecting does not delete data already sent to us; to ask for that, see our privacy policy.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, Sadang treats it as a refusal on every page, even if you accepted before, and does not show the banner. It writes the refusal to the sadang_consent_tier cookie and sends us a consent record with your browser details.
